Meet Bernie Janoson

While I enjoy working with buyers, sellers, and investors in Baltimore County, Harford County, and Cecil County, my heart is with helping seniors and their loved ones on the journey to making their next choice of housing.

This is why I hold the Seniors Residential Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors and have earned my Certified Senior Advisor certification from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. Housing changes are never made in a vacuum, and my being a CSA allows me to consider the bigger picture of a desired move and to best serve the needs of the individuals and family. If real estate does change hands; buy, sell, or rent, my promise is to always have a “no drama” transaction.

I would appreciate the opportunity for you to use my 20+ years of customer service experience as a professional sales representative and marketing manager as well as my personal promise to all my clients to get the best deal. As a member of The Louise Costello Team, we work together to make your next real estate transaction smooth and successful.
